Decorative Artist Designer Teaching Artist
Pat Smelkoff tells us about herself:
I love to teach. I began my career as a 3rd grade teacher in my home state of Jew Jersey. That's right I'm a "JoySee Girl". I later moved to Long Island, NY and started a small gift shop called "pretty Sharp." Soon, I was teaching adults and children "craft art" in my back room.
After selling the shop, I moved to Ormond Beach, FL, where I enjoyed the warmer weather. I also started to teach new painting friends at the Continuing Education Department of Flagler Schools.
I recently have relocated to Myrtle Beach, SC, where I teach classes at Tupelo Bay Golf Course and Island Green Country Club.
I continue to teach classes in Florida at the Pine Lakes Country Club located in Palm Coast.
I am a Plaid Certified Demonstrator, Priscilla Hauser Certified Instructor, and a Heather Redick Certified Instructor. I am a Bob Ross Flora Instructor.
I cherish the friendships and memories I have collected over a lifetime of teaching and learning.
